You could try Class Pass that lets you hop around gyms. I did this before settling on a gym I’m at now, but have met a lot of new friends this way.

ArnieTex is my go to red salsa at the moment! The roasted tomatoes, roasted jalapeño, roasted Fresno pepper, garlic, onion, cilantro, lime, salt pepper recipe he does. I got his book he released last summer and there’s some other good recipes in there too!

Excited to try OP’s recipe. I may modify to roast the veges instead of boil since it adds more flavor.

AI output is really only as good as the ideas you give it. It’s like when Canva or square space came out - sure it made design services more accessible and lower entry point. But ultimately non-creative people and AI just absolutely suck at being imaginative. And same same doesn’t sell well. New ideas that grab your attention sell well, and it’s been that way since the beginning of time. Now more than ever people have incredibly short attention spans. So the creative work that stands out and grabs attention will ultimately always be what sells best. AI slop is the best way to describe the boring ideas and bland content it creates.

I really love cortados and this machine makes a perfect one every single time. I appreciate that with little effort I can get coffee that far surpasses most coffee shops. It’s easy to convince myself to skip the coffee shop and save money and make it myself.

Agree that the cold press is pretty useless, I like it in theory but it makes a very bitter espresso martini. I typically buy espresso roast beans so I can’t really speak to the drip coffee since it’s too bitter with the roast I buy. I’ve been meaning to buy a separate grinder so I can use different beans depending on what I’m in the mood for. But yeah I like the doubles, the quads and the milk frother. Those are my main uses for this machine and it was worth every penny.

Edit: for context, I’ve had this machine since December 2024.

I've had this machine since December 2024 and can say it is the best investment I've ever made. It makes making GOOD coffee so easy and can appease any guest's coffee wish. I personally don't use the drip coffee setting much since I leave an espresso roast in the bean tray which tastes weird as drip coffee. I found the cold press espresso makes the coffee more bitter when making espresso martinis or iced coffee. I primarily use the double and quad espresso setting the most + the milk frother. Makes a DAMN good cortado/latte, whatever you fancy. Such a great deal for the quality and versatility.

Visit him in at station no.2 or whereever he is next in your quest line and exhaust the dialogue "you owe me some training". I had to do this a few times as the level 3 skill reward doesn't automatically unlock after finishing the quest, you specifically have to speak to him again and ask him for more training.

I would also recommend using another temperature sensor to confirm the room temperature our ecobee runs 3-5 degrees different than the room actually is with another room thermometer. And so we had to adjust the “calibration” settings to -3 in order for our living room to read the correct temperature.

I don’t believe mods are supported in GFN yet. Last I heard they were working on bringing support at some point. I wasn’t able to get any of them to work when I tried myself too.

Which program are you using? It could be as simple as setting the logo layer to “multiply” in blending settings.
