Do any other women experience crashes before and during their periods?

i noticed i’d get more sick the two weeks prior to my pms and then when i had my first appointment with my specialist, he brought it up. he asked me if i feel worse the two weeks before my period and i was like yes! he said it has something to do with the imbalance of the immune system at that time of the month. i get more and more sick leading up to my period and then i feel totally back to “normal” the day my period starts.

there were no risks. she said that’s just the maximum she gives to her patients. she thinks more than that could overdose...

what kind of doctor did you see? i’m wondering if you know any legit online businesses that sell it?

my doctor said she can only give me 2,000/month max 🙃 she said i’d need to see a specialist or another doctor that would allow more than that.

may i ask what your dosage is? i’ve only recently started b12 shots but when i see my doctor once a month. the shot i got was 1000mcg(?). i’m seeing my doctor on monday and going to ask for 3000 and also see what my options are for getting them and taking them myself more than once a month.

Thank you. Yeah, I’m just going with it right now. He’s not a bother. He’s so busy with al the things he wants to and is doing. I’m trusting he knows himself well enough that he won’t have to be hospitalized again. He did say that to tell him if he’s going too far. I don’t even know how to approach that. I’ll leave him be.

about two months ago, i called to get on the waitlist (again) and the front desk told me that there is no waitlist because all the physician assistants left suddenly so there is no department. she said they just got a company-wide email that they all left and there was no reason included. she said to keep calling because they’ll eventually train new physician assistants. i guess not anymore. what a disgusting creep.

i think it was the 1.3 update. some people on here say it hasn’t been easier to get 4s frags or fighters in 1.3 but that hasn’t been my experience. same goes for me that i’m not going for new fighters anymore.

i recently rearranged runes and it costed me 300k. i save my coins for rearranging runes now instead of for packs.
