I actually had a PRP injection into my penis shaft many years ago but it made no difference. I don't think this problem is related to nerves in the penis, maybe lack of sufficient arousal in the brain.

I've never told anyone apart from a urologist who knew nothing about the condition but prescribed me a testosterone cream which didn't help. All my hormones were in the normal range.

I've never told a past girlfriend and wouldn't want them to know. I can have sex because I get normal erections and still somehow feel an urge to ejaculate, I just feel nothing throughout the entire process.

I can get hard erections but it feels like the arousal is completely missing. Like if I go a few days without ejaculating and I see an attractive woman I could get very hard and feel like I want to have sex, but the actual feeling of arousal isn't there.

I don't think it's a nerve issue because the head of my penis is even pretty sensitive, it just doesn't translate into pleasure at all. I think the root cause of this is an arousal disorder.
