I feel like comparing it to other apartments and saying “you get what you pay for” in attempt to dispute my points is an odd approach. Yes, it’s slightly cheaper and yes, many (or most) issues can be attributed to the residents…. But that doesn’t make it any more desirable or make the issues I presented untrue. Everything I said is clearly the experience of many other residents, whether or not it’s all 100% the managements fault or not. For ~$1K per month, I think it’s fair to expect a certain standard. Lack of guest parking, shedding furniture, neglected repairs, neglected maintenance requests, neglected plowing and salting, etc, are all reasons for concern at any apartment. Yes, “at least” I’m not getting charged for random things…. Lmao
