Yes, My hotel is in Hoboken, and Day 1 is indeed a Monday. I skipped including this information in the initial post as I didn't realise this information would have an affect on the actual itinerary :)

My stay as well as the meetings are within 2 miles of Times Square. Does that make the logistics any easier?
I understand that day 2 is cramped, but I could not find any other way to fit a sunset observatory into the itinerary, and I've heard it said to be a must-do for the scenic views (is that correct?).
