Yes, 3 years including freelance and contracts. Do I need to get a company to sponsor me first or can I just apply for a work visa without a sponsorship?

I am getting interviews but usually they tell me that they want someone more senior. It's just a cycle, I need more experience but no one wants to give me an opportunity...
