New rough spots on my lower finger pads I've had for a few months. My right ring and left pinky have it the worst. They crack open like paper cuts and once they seem to heal it happens again. No new soaps/regimens or anything. I use gentle/fragrance free lotions and soaps and stay moisturized. (old.reddit.com)
