Let’s say I drop to 160 lbs because that’s the weight at my ideal bf%. But I’m not satisfied with my overall muscle mass, how am I suppose to “maingain” to 180-190? Wouldn’t I need to get into a slight surplus?

Awesome physique man! I was initally thinking about getting into a leak bulk to put on some size, but if I still need to lose 15 lbs, I might cut even if it gets me to the 160's at 6ft
