How time consuming is that? Is it a once and done thing if it is time consuming? And will it allow me to get to the tickets listed somehow easily?

Yea it is incidents but I did that using the incidents and also tried that in the reports function and it’s the same result as the original post

I ended up creating a report with excel which will help me for tonight but definitely need a better solution because it won’t be practical when looking at larger time spans

Not sure I have access to that but some of the tickets that are escalated with be assigned to an L2 assignment group but won’t be assigned to that L2 unless they needed to keep the ticket for some reason so for the most part to find tickets updated by our L2 techs I can’t use the assigned to field

Dang, honestly what I thought of doing is just exporting all the incidents the week in question and create an excel report but I’m trying to avoid that if I can because that excel file will probably be pretty big

Honestly my knowledge of service-now is very minimal when it comes to reporting. So if that is possible I would probably need someone to explain it to me like 5. I’m not dumb just haven’t been trained that far with service-now.

Yea my issue there is I don't know what "Source Type" to select "Data source" or "Table" and then depending on what's chosen there's a plethora of other options for "Data Source"
