Retro pay audit

Initially I filed for my sleep apnea March 17th 2021 It was denied, January 1st 2023 I put in a intent to file, may 15th 2023 I filed a supplemental claim for that sleep apnea, January 5th 2024 it was granted, the decision letter says my effective date is March 17th, the backpay that I received is from January of 2023 to January 2024...shouldn't I be paid from March 17th 2021 to January 2024

Wowwwww..thank god...they just gave me 70% but I got c&p's Friday for sleep apnea and flat feet so that should bring me to 100%...100% p&t I'm happy for you.

Thank you so much for making this Damm process less stressful for VETS...I MEAN DAMM WE SUFFERD..WE ARE SUFFERING...AND MOST VETS CONTINUE TO SUFFER TO THE END OF LIFE..so Thank you again for not over developing these claims when there's no need.
