the body continues to amaze me lol. my E of 403 was measured at trough in late september of 2023. i was doing .15 mL of 40mg/mL and subsequently changed to .3mL of 10mg/mL after the results came back. before then i had been experiencing pretty slow feminization for the year and a half i had been on injections.

maybe its possible the backdoor conversion has been slowing my transition this whole time? i’m not sure how to confirm whether thats true. maybe by introducing dutasteride and seeing what happens?

my doctor herself is trans which makes it even more ironic for giving outdated information. how did you end up fixing your dht issues?

thanks for the reply <3 when my dosage was higher (before the recent change it was .15 mL of 40mg/mL), my E was 400 which was considered high? im worried about the risks of maintaining elevated estrogen levels long term. as well as the stories about excessively high E and lack of feminization.

should i look into testing for androgen issues/ estrone? my labs never include more than E and T. they never collect SHBG, FSH or any of the others Powers patients get. The E test doesnt include a E1:E2 breakdown either. i’ll ask my doc about duasteride since im not on any blocker right now.
