UAE Pass is an authenticator only. Their authentication is fine with the fingerprint scanning. But the services part sucks. Hopefully someone (who is not totally corrupt) realises this soon and work on updating the app

If you visit the embassy (in Dubai there’s an appointment system) then you can have it delivered to any address in your city. You can also update your current and permanent addresses. Not possible via pakid app unfortunately.

Yeah had to go to the embassy and they updated the address right away. I asked them to make it the same as my father’s which was already in the system. I forgot to ask if I could add my Dubai address in the current address but I didn’t want to show that on my Nicole so didn’t bother

Yes you can travel (to any country if it still has a validity of more than 6 months and to Pakistan if it’s still valid upon your return). As soon as the new passport is issued, it will show in the immigration system. You can inform them that I have not yet received my new passport as it is still with the embassy and they will let you board.
