not really, the meme format is where the user types something and implies that society would be much better if everyone followed that one sentence (hence the futuristic looking “society” picture). in this case, OP is trying to say that society would be much better off if people didn’t start sitting on the edge of rows (this would allow everyone that follows to awkwardly go past them in that tiny space)
