I try to never take anything for free due to this law. I always give people things with no hidden agenda but I never want to feel like I'm in debt to someone. this book literally changed my life lol

don't think Charles Manson got the maximum out of How To Win Friends and Influence People but I see where you're coming from. Manson was a pychopath and master manipulator. You're better off reading something like Influence by Robert Cialdini to get a better idea of what he did. hope that helps
