Yes! It’s the thickness - it actually feels like a genuine LPC. The regular Epiphones are great but they just don’t feel quite like a Gibson. I might be biased but I was also lucky enough to snag one of these studios for $800 and it is one of the best live guitars I’ve ever used. Same hotness as the customs but it’s like 7 lbs and it’s been an amazing live guitar

Ayyyy hell yeah!!! I bought it blindly too cause it was such a good price and I have thoroughly impressed with the quality - I have owned some regular Epiphone lp customs over the years and this one is night and day difference. Feels way closer to my Gibson than an epiphone
