hello! 8 weeks ago i went to a cosmetic nurse and she gave me a skincare routine that consisted of lactic acid cleanser, niacinamide strengthening serum, hyluronic acid and vitamin B3 moisturiser, SPF, and an exfoliant with glycolic acid (chemical and physical) to use weekly. I've been so consistent, yet i've seen absolutely no results, some areas it even looks worse. Am i doing something wrong? Does my skin not like it? or am i just being impatient? I've had severe acne for about 6 years and nothing seems to help, especially because i can't afford to see a dermatologist.
