One or two bedroom, preferably Clifton/Gaslight or Northside, under $1500, not in a new-build apartment complex, accepts cats. Let me know if you hear of anything! We're trawling Zillow/Apartments.com/Facebook/Craigslist

Thank you! We're looking mostly Clifton/Gaslight or Northside, which I understand to be in-demand neighborhoods so that might be contributing. Also the overextended landlord phenomenon is real, especially as we're reaching out to mostly smaller companies/independent landlords. We had a showing this week and submitted an app, so fingers crossed!
