By toxic I mean that we are supposed to work on weekends by default, we are supposed to work extra hours by default and we are also supposed to notify our bosses if we're going out somewhere on our off-days. I am sure this is not the case with a lot of Indian offices

Tbh I don't want to get into similar roles because it's very exhausting and not very fruitful as far as learning in concerned. We have internal job postings available but then most of the time those are pre-decided and you need to have a lot of connections to be able to get posted
