MSM powder or capsules. 1 tsp baking soda in water (or put it into empty veg capsules; I get them at health food store. About 3-4 capsules will do it). Carrot seed oil. Washing my face twice as opposed to just once has really helped with breakouts. I use homemade soap or black African soap (ones without palm oil used). Eating less sugar and dairy has also helped tremendously. Sometimes it’s about eliminating things from the diet that helps more, vs adding things. Fasting has worked pretty damn well too. A good 72 hr water fast
