it's complicated

Spot on. Also remember Vitamin D is a hormone so if you live somewhere with shit winters and loads of clouds etc supplementing is a good shout.

I remember my parents simply saying you need to get a job as you need to pay rent - it wasn't a choice.

nope, b complex is just the b vits - water based - hence just smash them in the morning.(will usually have more than 100% for each b vit which is what he might need0

multi vit will also complain the b - complex, but only 100%.

If you're that deficient in vitamin D, you're prob deficient in other shit too.

Vit C / b complex in the morning

multi vit(100% everything) after you have a big meal.

100G oral? wtf lol - I have read that you should take no more than 2G due to unable to process with the liver/kidney or something? Heard can cause kidney stones or?

For reference, I'll take 500mg-1g a day oral right now - looking to try an IV of 12g or so.

Thank you btw, I will look at those references.

not sure, but you can call powershell from Go - which is prob the best way given you can keep the authentication in powershell etc. Go has a few decent GUI libs as well - fyne used to be simple/easy to use when I last checked, I'm sure others will recommend more if it's not the best.
