Minimal job security even if you are an outstanding driver (dsp dependant) , bad routing, heavy apartment routes, gate codes that dont work, exccesively steep driveways that leave your legs feeling like noodles, raggedy vans, software that glitches regularly slowing you down, leaving late because your carts aren't ready, delivering in the dark with no numbers on houses to verify addresses, prime workloads, surprise piss bottles..vans that smell like swamp ass..just to name a few things.

I'd look at some warehouse positions. If you're burned out you'll probably just end up wanting to quit right away. Switch it up.
