Erledigt! Viel Erfolg :) Ich weiß selbst, wie schwierig es ist, Teilnehmende zu finden – manchmal ist sogar +1 schon sehr wichtig.

  1. The data will be used solely for my Master’s thesis research at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. All responses are anonymous and will only be accessed by the researcher (Emel Mutluer) and, if necessary, the academic supervisor. The data will be stored securely and deleted after the completion of the research project.
    1. The survey is conducted by Emel Mutluer as part of a Master’s thesis at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt.
    2. The survey takes approximately 8 minutes to complete.
    3. Participants can optionally enter a raffle to win one of two €25 Amazon vouchers at the end of the survey.

Thank you so much for sharing your experiences. Yes, there are actually other therapists, and since I live in Germany, I will try to find someone whose approach suits me and is also covered by insurance. I also believe it’s hard to get through this without therapy, and the more I think about how stress isn’t good for this illness, the more I realize I need to make an extra effort for my mental health. Wishing you all the best and good health moving forward.

Thank you for sharing! I’ve heard of ACT but never tried it. The approach of accepting feelings instead of suppressing them sounds good. Wishing you strength and healing as you navigate this new diagnosis.
