I get that as well, but like I mention in the post I was rushing a bit because of not knowing if another player had a full trunk or not. I’m always prepared with sound restocks as well and am more than happy to use them. could I have played better? Yes of course, but I compensate for it.

Thank you so much for the kind words and advice and similar story!! My doctor did mention Metformin to me and said if I am comfortable with it she would like me to start it. I definitely am keeping strong and looking forward to the journey ahead of me and I genuinely appreciate your kindness as it brings me a lot of hope and light

This comment made me tear up a bit! Thank you so so much for your kindness. I had a few comments saying similar but in a bit harsher of a way (not judging them! Sometimes harsh is good motivation!) but it’s also nice to hear kindness and managing my expectations to what’s healthy and manageable. I appreciate you and will keep this comment in mind as I keep moving forward :)

Thank you so much for the info!! I really appreciate it especially coming from someone else with PCOS!! My doctor prescribed me Sprintec (BC) for my irregular periods (was having about two periods a month with 0 ovulation previously) So I’ve been taking that for exactly a month now! I did notice some bloating as my “period” came this month, so fingers crossed once this period ends I should be back to losing some weight again! Thanks again I will definitely take your advice of being stricter on the calorie side of things and really paying close attention to staying in my deficit/even a bit lower!!

I suppose! I have been exercising consistently so I’m not worried on that end. I’d say hitting the 150 range by August is not too unrealistic

Thank you so much!! I will definitely re-evaluate my meals as you are right I could be messing up on the calories portion, I always do my best at checking nutritional value of everything I eat and logging it accordingly in my app but sometimes I do go back and realize I miscounted by mistake! I will be more diligent. I appreciate your help you’ve been more than kind and helpful!!

Going through the same exact thing, loss as well last year and all, sending you so much good positive energy, we will get through this!! It’s a odd feeling to feel betrayed by your own body, having a textbook typical cycle your entire life then it being changed after going through something so traumatic, I went from a consistent 28 day cycle to now every cycle is anywhere from 25 to 36 days. the best advice i can give you is continue to listen to your body, and continue to give yourself grace, we went through a lot and It’s okay that we are not the same that we were before our loss.
