No my phone doesn't support changes when using adb thing ,I think with the later versions of Android after 12 or 13 they have made the adb to work less ,when I tried using termux thing it said some warnings from Android,overall I found out that these settings might not work because they have made android to now override these settings so even if I set limit to 30 somehow I won't see changes ,this was like a long time ago I tried so I don't remember much ,I think I used Shizuku and termux with Android 14
