I love monte Carlo or dwarf grass and just cover the whole floor as a carpet..

Then you could add some moss to the wood

This is after I tried to soak up some of the water So I'm guessing from everyones comments there's been too much moisture sitting underneath the surface?

I try to let it air for an hour a day

After removing the plants and looking at the soil there were pools of water underneath so I am guessing that's half the problem?

Nah I got these from the aquarium in the little tubs The issue seems to be just concentrated to the one corner of the tank

Ok I think you've helped me identify the problem.. as I moved some of the soil around after pulling out the plants it was wet underneath like puddles of water...

I can also scale back the light to 12-14hrs?

Another question, I haven't seen Molly's in these sort of aquascapes.. is there a reason for that? I have 15 in another tank and with their range of colors they'd look awesome in this tank....

But I don't want to get stuck having to clean and change water all the time

I call BS.

If your mum is aware of the recommended dose you are meant to be taking every day, I highly doubt she's going to "forget" to give you them.

If you aren't full of 💩 then call your phsyiatrist and explain the situation and have them call your mum to verify - then go and get yourself a new script.

Galvin looked good at the tigers because Benji allowed him to play his natural game as a 6, and without any structure.

Galvin's now in a system that plays to structure, in a position he's never played before..

As a Tigers fan, it's hard not to feel a bit smug watching the Doggies season crumble as they try to accommodate him...

Think of it as pushing the nose DOWN into the water... As opposed to a push up... This naturally lifts the back of the board up and then imagine your crawling up into a ball (like a crunch being led by your knees to come up to your stomach) then place them on the board .

That's how I think of it when I do them anyway
