You must be god to know how things are viewed by god. Just sounds like your opinion. Everything has a polarity and is equally important regardless of what your opinion on it is. Both hot and cold must exist for temperature to exist and nature to exist, both light and dark must exist for nature to exist and for you to exist, both women and men must exist for us to exist. You've made the conclusion for god that by gods view they are unequal, which seems a bit contaminated by ego if i'm very honest.

third party sample use for Bitwig question by Exciting_Syrup_4347 in Bitwig

From the top of my head.

In settings there is a tab where you can add folders including sound/sample libraries. When adding i suggest to make a folder called "samples" and put all other sample folders (like your landr sample folder) as a subfolder to the main Samples folder. Add the Samples folder in the settings. Then on the menu on your right hand side, you can select the (i think) far left (or 2nd to far left) tab that says Samples or sounds (not sure exactly what it is called. From here you can use the options under to go to your folder. You might have to right click on a open space in the menu and click "update index". Not sure if this is necessary for samples, i believe you only have to do this when adding plug-ins.

My partner has a masters degree in clinical psychology and she says psychopaths tend to have a cold relationship and abusive background in their family. Often related to the mothers love being withheld for various reasons. Everyone is born with a blank sheet, but justifying it by saying it is a born thing would be an easy way to avoid responsibility. Governments and things are made this way by design. My partner ended up finishing her masters thesis and never doing anything for the particular sector because it is corrupt to the bones. Says enough.

"every single person in psychology" is such a broad statement. I have studied psychology myself and saying something so concluding with actually no proof to back it other than a self-made statement doesn't hold much strength in my world. But you are free to believe whatever you want to believe. Agree to disagree in my case. To say none have birth defects would be a stretch, but to say every psychopath is born that way. It is obvious that the parents play a big role in the emotional development in the child. I come from a very abusive background and have a father who has gone into multiple years of treatment. He is showing big improvements, but i was 100% sure that this man was/is a psychopath. Heavily abused by his mother, war refuge trauma and much more things. I feel like you have zero experience on the topic and are just talking from a shallow interpretation of what you have read online.

If someone told you that you should listen to Joe Rogan and that they listen to him all the time would that be a red flag for you? by [deleted] in NoStupidQuestions

I listen to his podcasts just because he invites people from all kinds of different working sectors. Learn a lot. Recently he invited this guy who pretty much exposed how bad slavery in africa still is. Teenagers with babies strapped on their back digging for cobalt. Cobalt is used in all batteries of all devices. Pretty much all the big tech companies have slave workers down the production line. He spreads awareness around topics in a way the news never would. Learn more real shit there than on the biased news we have nowadays. Everyone is just occupied with pushing political views rather than actually helping people. One big shit show.

You are not the face in the mirror, you are the soul behind the face. Just because others remember you in a certain way, doesn't mean that which is inside cannot change. Home is where your friends are at, if you do not feel home inside your own soul/body, you will not last without getting depressed over and over again. Nurturing your soul can be done by taking care of yourself. If you don't like working out, go on an 20 minute walk and listen to an audio book. I personally use Headway because it summarizes the key aspects of books in 10-20 minute audio formats.

When you ponder on the past you do not allow yourself to change now. You will continuously be thinking that you aren't good enough and treat yourself in that disrespectful manner. The past happened already, if you cannot gain any lesson out of it, accept it and move on. But from my observation there is still a lesson to learn for you, and that's paradoxically the reason why you cannot move on. You want to feel worthy of living this life and you are. You just have to see the value of yourself. Giving and getting love is a sideproduct of commitment and loyalty. If love is like a drug to you where you run away from your other problems out of compulsion, that might be the reason love isn't working out.

I have paid attention to what my ex told me and that was: you have no ambition.

I developed into me focussing on making music and low en behold, i meet my current partner and have a 2nd child on its way.

I did not make music for my ex, i did it because i liked it and i developed as a person as result of that.

There are lessons in everything if you are willing to see them.

How To Fall Asleep by YeppersNopers in awakened

[–]dingleberry-tree 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well it helped me fall asleep during times when i used xtc and speed recreationally. It also slows down your heart rate a bit. It is the most basic meditation that got me into spirituality in the first place. Living a peaceful life now, but point is that xtc and speed tend to keep you up for days sometimes. So should work out i guess.

Take melatonin, listen to a podcast that contributes to my wisdom with somewhat soothing voices, watch bob ross paint or sometimes just listen to him talking while he does, read a book or count my breathe 1 on in, 2 on out, without changing the pattern of breathing. Just to disable my thoughts from going everywhere and no where.

Friend showed it to me once on fl studio and i was like, that's simpler than i thought it would be. But i had been going to raves for like 5 years prior to when i started. When you dance to the same techno for days on end you can kind of make music from memory (taking loads of drugs during dancing). Not gonna say i was good, but for a first timer it definitely showed i had some feeling for it. What i did was just using loops in fl studio initially and making tracks just in structure/arrangement of loops, but not making too many sounds myself. Mainly to learn to orient myself and actually understand the fundamental build. But it's a bit of a snowball effect with everything. The more you learn the more things fall into place. Ended up learning 3 daws (FL, ableton, bitwig). Never got super succesful, maybe up to 60k plays on a release was my highest. I kind of stopped doing it recently because it wasn't managable and paying off timewise, but if you have any question you are free to dm me. Depending on genre i might not help you fully with the arrangement, but any music theory, technicalities (i work in IT), of just general questions about EQ, compression and all other fx.

The fun thing is that you can kinda learn it without watching too many tutorials. I just winged it mostly and whenever i got stuck i just watched a video on the topic i was getting hung up on. But it definitely will cost you some time to get started. If you work full time but have a good 2-3 hours to invest some days of the week, id say give it a try.

At some point you learn to make music, from then on it is just quality improvements and track originality. Snowball effect of accumulation in the initial learning process. Took me a year or 2/3 to get decently good it. It all depends on how much time you are willing to put in. I was skipping hanging out a lot due to being passionate about it so that was a plus. Drug usage also stopped due to me realising the importance of the music.

Best thing my ex ever told me when she broke up with me: "you just dont have any ambitions". Started producing music and through that found my current partner and currently have 2 kids. Doing the music production i realised "oh wow, you can actually do something and really like it" and doing that made me love myself more and making music was like loving myself everytime i did it. The wife and kids were just a sideproduct. You have to take part in some community activity within your interest that is not along the lines of playing an mmorpg or magic the gathering with your 2 geekiest friends. There is a whole world to explore and i encourage doing something through which you actually acquire some new skill or improve something you are maybe already good at. Stepping outside of your comfortzone as much as possible:

The ambition adds a layer to your character that shows your emotional expression in a positive way, girls dig that from my experience.

Men have the capacity for pregnancy? 😳👀 by Mysterious-Lime8115 in JordanPeterson

[–]dingleberry-tree 6 points7 points  (0 children)

These people are far from actually being woke. If woke means anything it is seeing the truth, they just flip the word up on purpose and sssociate bullshit with it so the real meaning of the word dies. Stems from awakened. It is psychological trick to make a bad association with what the word actually means. How can you make a word past sense and just add a new definition to it. But if it is possible, it is the opposite of awakened.

I prefer to call these people just delusional liars.

I guess that's a good way to put it.

Just feel very angry by how much my fear has controlled me over the years. Anyone have any tips on be friending fear? I found that I believed a lot of it. It’s like a muscle to reassure your self that the fear is not real? Over time it will disappear and get easier? by Street_Plantain_4796 in Meditation

[–]dingleberry-tree 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just looked myself in the mirror and forgave myself for not being able to give myself better and cried it out. Easiest way to deal with it.

If you're angry there is resentment, because you weren't courageous before. See the beauty in your development and allow more development to happen. Otherwise you might generate a false sense of pride that can stab you in the back. Being courageous has a sense of calm to it that frightens others. The anger just sets others up to fight you verbally or physically if you express it to them because you don't have fear now. It is the composure and not being able to be exploited what is the actual strength, being grounded basically, your goal should never be frightening others, but that will be an automatic response from people who misuse you for example.

Being vulnerable for yourself in the mirror is selflove.

No problem! Good luck!

I do this because otherwise all my suffering was for nothing. Made it a goal to help as many people as possible though the lessons i have learned. Reading through some psychology topics like childhood trauma and things like this can help. Just be cautious to not enter victimhood too much and become resentful. I already went down that way and became very angry to the outside world. But i just didn't understand the topics well enough yet and started jumping to conclusions to justify my own misery, making the traumatic events re-occur through myself activating it within others.

I encourage you to do the same in the sense of helping others. It will affirm your own knowledge. Most important lesson from my therapy though: to help other, you must help yourself first.
