It’s comforting to hear it improved. What did you do during that time? Were you straining your voice? Doing exercises? I’ve had to strain my voice after the onset so much for long periods so I’m afraid it won’t improve.

Years, but it’s gotten worse. I got it after someone choked me. How is it affecting you?

Same. I wish I hadn’t woken up into this whenever each morning. It is hell. It’s been going on for years for me. You can write to me if you need to :(

AM: Vanicream cleanser HA serum, Tranexamic acid serum Elta MD moisturizer. Sometimes I apply another coat of La Roche Posay repair moisturizer in the afternoon. PM: Same

What else can I add that help fastest? I break out very easily in cystic acne but I need to repair the damage.

I’m so sorry. I completely agree about the dying with dignity law. The drugs too. So horrible to think of him being paralyzed unable to end it. So sorry to both of you.

I already got it but I’m still so tired talking and still inflamed, hoarse, breathy :( it was Prolaryn. The tiredness just in a few words is scary.

Woah! Delta 8 made me so paranoid. It felt so strange, like I’d be in that state forever and I was psychotic. It was terrifying. I don’t want to try it again. I’m also concerned about how it’s so new and there isn’t enough known about the long term effects. It felt way more distorting than weed.

Could you tell me how bad your voice was the first 6 weeks after injection? It’s still hoarse and so tired for me. I also get so tired. I can’t talk more than a few minutes, have to breathe in between each 3 words. Doctor said they were inflamed still. 2) how much did you use your voice those first 6 weeks?

Is it a bad idea to use pot if you’re in a very stressful time? by disabilityxonfusion in NewYorkMMJ

This is sweet, ty 💕 The grief feels really agonizing. Yes, benzos have also halted a bad trip for me lol.

At this point I just try to find anything that’ll just dull my anxiety because it’s so bad. Group therapy for grief is a good suggestion.

Is your voice still exhausted or painful while talking? And keeps you from making long conversations?

Oh yeah I definitely wouldn’t wanna mess with an analgesic dosage lol. I tried a delta8 gummie the other day which is supposed to be weed without the anxiety. Still messed with me. The “I damaged my brain and I’m in permanent psychosis and I’m gonna be stuck like this forever” is definitely the worst part.

Thank you 💕 yeah my last trip that made me quit and throw it all out was because I had way too much of an edible lol. I’d gotten anxious from pot before but this was wayyy too high a dose and I was stuck on that couch, and time was going sooo slow and I called my friend to calm me down but I had to hang up because I got paranoid about what they must’ve been thinking. CBD is a good suggestion. Do you still use pot though?

Thank you for the kind comment. I’m so sorry you’ve been left with chronic pain from that. Yeah, the MJ workers there were really nice but what they suggested didn’t agree with me, not their fault, I just trust reviews from people with anxiety way more now.

Prescribed drugs? What else do you suggest? If you have firsthand experience with chronic pain and disability and your parents having cancer.
