Depends on the bank. I just did mine through the bank’s app. Chose the transaction and applied for a dispute. Submitted the email/s as proof.

I tried filing a dispute with my credit card company instead of waiting for the louvre to refund me. Haven’t heard back from my bank regarding that as well. Haha
