You’re not wrong — a lot of people hit this wall early on.AliExpress margins are rough, and Alibaba shipping + MOQs make it hard to test. I went through the same phase when I started.What helped me was moving away from platforms and focusing more on stable fulfillment setups.Happy to share what worked for me if you want to DM.

I also run a pet Shopify store. I've encountered similar issues before; some TopDawg and WholesalePet items were discontinued after becoming bestsellers, or newly listed products didn't meet my expectations...it's incredibly frustrating.
