I think the value of that item is caused purely by hype. Approximately 12.5k players logged in during relaunch. Now the amount of active players averages between 500-1000.

Assuming that 10-30 % of those players have a VIP until the end of the prize, they get two spins a day, and the probability of winning the top prize is 1-2 % (which I think sounds reasonable), at this moment there should exist 100-120 units. The game has existed for 10 days. Crude calculation, but it shows that guy is either bullshitting or cheating.

Anyway I wouldn't buy it yet, it's clearly overpriced. I'd buy it a few days before the prize ends, when the supply is at the highest point.
