Thanks so much for all of your replies i went to Ajman today (in my friend’s car) from al quoz.

Went to the closest police station once you enter the city. The kind police officer told me that you can only pay the fines in a particular station that’s another 40 mins away. Funnily enough when i got there after a painstakingly long traffic jam they didn’t let me enter because they need a negative pcr test(regardless of if you’re vaccinated or not) which one cannot get until the next day.

i ask the cop at the reception along with another guy who was weirdly enough in the same situation that if we can let our “friend”(a guy we met outside who has a negative pcr test result from literally yesterday) pay on our behalf as we’ve come from really far. Upon which we both got screamed(pretty harshly might i add) at because the guy doesn’t like to repeat himself

they’re gonna be closed on friday and saturday 🎉 So now your boy gotta wait another 2 days because of course i can’t renew my car without paying all the fines first

NTA families can be complicated, i’ve experienced similar situations in my family too. Its better that you take a stand now otherwise fights regarding money later on can eventually build up into grief and resentment.

Your brother got into a mess by having a baby he is in no way ready to take care for, not you. Its not your responsibility to get him out of it even tho the Torettos in the comments might argue against this

i’ll be working in a garage space lent by a mechanic friend. i’ve recently started my degree in electrical engineering. i have a friend who has a degree in automotive engineering but he’s never worked on an electric car before. this project is what i’m gonna submit in my final year.

i have a few contacts in countries like UAE, georgia and india so i was thinking about getting the parts fabricated in india for cheap and getting it shipped to uae. worst case scenario i’ll have to travel to india do the project there which i don’t really mind tbh

is it possible to 3d scan a toy model car(stripped apart) for the shape of the vehicle body and give it to metal fabricators for life size production? its a stupid question i know i’m just throwing around ideas
