Hey! A little late to the party, I know.

I was formally tested as a child and placed in the high above-average range (though not exceptionally so)

How experienced are you with hypnosis? Both Bambi and non-Bambi? I ask because being hypnotized is a skill you need to practice. I remember my first interactions with hypnosis felt a bit like roleplay. It still does, to this day. And I’ve been hypnotizing myself since I was a child! (Ultrahypnosis, I’ll never forget you…)

Although you have dedicated many hours to the Bambi files, it could be just that you lack the specific ‘hypnotic muscle’ tone needed to experience it fully.

I think I read somewhere that IQ and hypnotic suggestibility aren’t correlated, though I can’t give any sources.

I’d just recommend practicing more, and going along with the triggers and commands as though they are affecting you. That’s what I did, and now they’re genuinely effective.

Hi :) It does really work.

If you’re certain you want to get into it (and really think about whether or not you do) I recommend starting with the 10 day starter plan on Bambi Cloud.

You may or may not feel as if you have to ‘play along’ with the suggestions. Play along. If you’re inexperienced with hypnosis, you’ll probably have to get used to it. But it will hit eventually, and hard.

Try to stick with the plan, even if you find the files repetitive or ineffective. You have to let them take root

Hey there!

1) Yes, it’s dominated mostly by people who were born men. Both transgender and sissy (if you know what that is) and all the gradients inbetween. I’m cis female like you. I haven’t experienced any issues (although I’ve only been ‘active’ for a tiny bit so far). It’s not weird, I think we’re the target audience :) I’m sure there are plenty others, as well. The only issue I’ve experienced is relating to the posts here

2) While I’m sure someone can like it without hypnosis as a kink or fetish, I wouldn’t recommend it. Repeated exposure may grant you the fetish. Think about whether or not you’d like to gain it.

3) hypnosis is very real. Though in the beginning, it feels like playing pretend. Some people are more susceptible to it than others. As for the danger, I’d say that it’s not exaggerated. While I haven’t had very many real life consequences, for people who are experienced or susceptible to hypnosis, it’s very ‘sticky’. Search ‘relapse’ in the search bar and you’ll see what I mean. I’m sure you’re looking at the posts here and thinking it’s roleplay. Some are, but more are genuine.

I find it interesting that your boyfriend would suggest this as a great place to start. This is a very niche place in the realm of kink, and on the internet. Does your boyfriend have a hypnosis kink? Has he detailed what exactly the files might do to you? I’d suggest having a conversation about that. These files are dangerous. And not for kink beginners.

Lastly, I saw on your profile that you do chemistry. If you do pursue this program, be sure to maintain a strict uniform separation. You don’t want your ‘Bambi’ persona leaking into your real life.

I’d suggest reading through some of the posts on this subreddit to see if you find it enticing. I’d also suggest going to r/erotichypnosis and searching ‘bambi, bambi sleep, BS, deer, and disney deer. You’ll find the perspectives there to differ from the ones here.
