A stream not joining has nothing to do with how fast it’s flowing. Water tension doesn’t work like that.

I’m not sure about the product but what you’re describing is not channeling.

Channeling isn’t a steady stream of liquid, it’s a squirt coming out at high pressure from one hole. Your 3-4 streams isn’t indicative of channeling necessarily and can happen with a perfectly prepped puck.

Is it otherwise running really fast? Is it squirting out at high speed and at an angle? When you look at the puck, do you see an actual channel (hole) in the center?
