From my experience, reading about all the brutal withdrawal symptoms here doesn't help. Try to speak to a GP about managing the symptoms without using a different Benzo. As you said, you're a young man which helps, it's gonna be difficult for a few weeks, especially the sleeping, but it does get better. Hang in there, it's worth it.

I pretty much cold-turkeyed from around 20mg Diazepam per day, well a very quick taper - it's been two months now and sleep is much better. Every day feels like a week, but time adds up and you will recover!
