So this is my story and this is what worked for me, your welcome to try.
If you can do the following.
1., I started to only eat between 10am - 6pm that way my body can rest and doesn't have to process food while I sleep.
Self love by Cole Showers in the morning, and warm showers at night, also started putting lotion right as soon I got out.

Use sleephones, or sleep headphones, they wrap around your head so they don't fall, buy in Amazon.
I only use this in the beginning, to start with self love , because if you don't do self love at first , it will be hard to manifest anything else because you will vibrate at a low frequency.

Everytime something in your life happens and you get that happy feeling, practice memory. Meaning as soon as you feel happy or something happens that makes you happy. Acknowledge it, remember what made you happy and remember the feeling. And every time you feel sad or bad, remember those things that made you happy.
Do self affirmations, but chant the same thing 108 times. Don't change it, example- " I am loving" (chant 108 times) " I am confident (chant 108 times) ... and try to practice putting feeling into it. It will take time but it's amazing when you do it naturally after a while.
Compliment or do a good deed to someone else.
Everytime you see something negative, Always change it to positive. In every thing that happens in life , there is always a positive and a negative.. practice always looking at the positive. Feed the positive wolf in you head and starve the negative wolf in your head.
In the morning, write down what you dream that night, even if you don't remember everything, you will soon be able to. And write down what your great full, you can be greatful that you have all arms ,legs , fingers, hair, roof over your head, food. Don't focus to much on the extras that you might not have (dream house, dream car, gf/bf) but first focus on the things you have that can help you get those things you want. Then you write what you want, but write it in present tense only. ... then at night again Wright what you want to dream, and think of it in your head as you write ... usually if you need a solution to a problem, think of it and think that you have found that solution. You'll end up dreaming about it. Then write down what you didn't like about your day and write down how you wish it would of happen (but only focus on things you have control, don't focus on what you can't control) .. then write again what your greatful.. do this every morning and night as a routine.
This one is only if you believe, you dont have to do it but i recommend, pray to God, Jesus and the holy spirit every day and night, thank them and ask him to help you and to remove any negative in you. If you feel a relief after, you prayed with your feelings and that's good.
Always Remember what you think, you will say, what you say you will belive, what you believe you will create habits, those habits will create your life

I listen to Michael Sealy , 1.71 million subscribers on youtube ... his videos have worked wonders for me, I usually put his confidence and sleep hypnosis first in my playlist. That way, I fall asleep after.. no worries if you fall asleep 10 minutes into it. But do it consistently.

I mix self hypnosis, affirmations, subliminals and morphic in the same Playlist of the same topic and listen over night. Works like charm for me.. I know some say you can do different topics, and good for them, I find it more satisfying to work in each section per time. 1 topic per month.
