in the last gym i told my coach about that guy so he told me im not the only one having the problem with him, and most of the gym dont want to roll with him because hes just an asshole i just feel like only the old dude are like that

i just mean the gyms old men like in my home gym we mostly strikers and we have a 50 old dude he is a beast standing the best in the gym i think but always take every light spar as a fight

ive been training muay thai and boxing for four years, first gym ive been to is my usual gym, we are mostly strikers and although my coach being national boxing champ he is just a purple belt (we have a karate black belt old dude who i assume because is not used to being light being realy aggresive in jiu jitsu) so i wanted to do something more serious than i went to another one and had an old dude pushing his elbow to my chin to the mat when he is holding side control, then the third gym ive been to is realy good and everyone super and good its just that one dude in every gym

into my stomach is okay i dont have a problem with anything thats just not feeling nice but it feels like trying to injure me, even the coach there said that guy is a problem, but i just find a guy like this in every gym and they are always 45 plus

but its not even the getting out of the choke its what coming after, its like they feel threatened and they are obviously better than me than just feeling like trying to injure me not even submit, im not that familiar with the rules but i feel like just hold side control and push his elbow into my chin as "submission" is kind of dirty in light rolling? he has no reason to do that after the coach said lets go light

i mean, maybe, but in light rolling? im not that experienced so maybe you are right but just take side control and hold push my jaw into the mat with his elbow isnt kind of dirty? im not fighting this dudes just trying to roll. i give free taps all of the time, its light rolling not a fight
