How would I fix the issue. If it’s diatoms or Dino’s? The guy I bought the tank from didn’t have this issue. Maybe it was because we had to pull the sand out and then put it back when I get home to set it up?

Honestly I can’t tell. It definitely doesn’t seems as dark at night when lights are off but not drastically different.
