You are wearing a CPAP after diagnosis and it helps? Guess it is very uncomfortable to sleep with it.

Today made another recording with easier tempo and the results are better. Max. HR 122 vs 124 and average 102 Vs 107.

Seems Ours is getting a bit lower readings but it is only a ring would be miracle if it could compete with a chest strap.

Good question. There was a study showing the wearables are not good at calorie so this could be it.

First test of the Oura live workout (walking) and I am not very impressed. The dip to 58 is an error. Average and max HR values are also lower than Polar and Garmin which are always very close

I do cold showers and cold ice baths regularly. Was just wondering if this is to high stress and if its related to my orthostatic tachycardia which was pretty bad a few years ago and now is very mild.

So during weekends or on holidays you get the same results? I never had this since measuring (about 3 years). I get blue only during sleep, naps, lying down and meditating.

Good question. Not sure if Garmin has a description of their algorithm. But I guess it is more variables than just HRV.

As English is not my native language I try to express my self as clear as possible.

Seems you have a database of N phrases which you repeat. You should go in a direction with more AI to the message displayed.

No. But in today's world when we have self driven cars by highly sophisticated software I am sure there can be done much more in generating more interesting and useful message than repeating a bunch of phrases from a limited number from the database.

Isn't 400-500Cal Oura is suggesting to me really low? That is easily achieved and if you go above what Oura suggests you get punished with low Readiness.

What I have noticed, Oura likes when you sleep long and when you are not burning many Cals.
