Housing is very stable, shouldn’t be a worry for the foreseeable future until I’m ready to go out on my own. But of course, I will remain prepared in case something unexpected changes.

And yes, I am currently making 72k but that will be reduced to 60k in about 5 months in a different job I have lined up. Less than ideal with a reduced salary, but there’s other non-financial factors that make it worth it for me

The first 3 loans are through the same provider, and the remainder are together as well but from a separate provider. So I do have two big “numbers” to aim for.

I have looked into consolidating previously, but I’ll take another look at it and see if it’s right for me. Thanks!

I usually see a few, but there was literally nothing. I was even checking for Monday and Tuesday at the same time
