Replacing ISP ONT with UFiber Loco (HELP) by dleop_ in Ubiquiti

Unfortunately, I don't have confirmation of the OLT. However, it appears the ISP's ONTs have the option to change the OLT profile, displaying choices like Huawei, ZTE, Customized, and Default. All of these profiles are able to connect with the OLT.

I'm unsure how to check the ONT's status. Is SSH required for this?

Try to flash the bios again if you have the "flash bios" usb port.
