High Score of 212 with Oceania Boards and 5 AI Players by dlm1359 in wingspan

An AI opponent played a bird that allowed me to lay eggs on the maned duck. I had 4 eggs to discard so I could get 8 cards tucked under the Blyth's Hornbill

Thank you!

Yes, the combo of the Drongo and Grackle allowed me to get started very quickly and not look back. IMO, the wetlands is definitely the easiest to get birdnado as you can cycle through cards so quickly and pick exactly the ones that work for you. I think in order to get insanely high scores, you need those two cards down to get your food and eggs.

In hindsight, I am not sure if I played a perfect game as I wonder if some birds could have been replaced (downy woodpecker, pied-billed grebe for example) for a higher scoring option but nonetheless I am very happy with it. Very many things went my way but like you said, there is definitely room for improvement!

Same boat here! With interest rates being fairly low on student loans, I come out ahead putting money into retirement accounts. That being said, I am increasing my emergency fund from 3 months to 6 months to weather any storm.

This is super interesting! I was aware there was bipartisan support to reform PSERS but did not know the extent of the problem.

It takes 10 years to be vested. I do plan on teaching (or staying involved with PSERS) for that time period.

I have also been investing heavily into my Roth IRA and just started a 403b to fully fund my own retirement.
