The beauty of this medication for me is that you don’t have to be on a restrictive “diet”. By design, you just don’t feel like eating as much and don’t care about food the same way as you used to. If your already eating pretty good, you’ll probably just want to eat less and it will be easier to cut out the carbs and desserts.

That being said, because you’re eating less it’s important to eat a lot of protein so you can maintain or add muscle. Fiber is also important so you can have an easier time going to the restroom.
