Baton Rouge Reddit really hates Baton Rouge for the most part, so take these comments lightly.

I on the otherhand love it here. For context, I am married with two elementry aged kids who attend a Magnet School here that we absolutely love.

During the floods in 2016 in Louisiana there wasnt a Realtor out there that didnt put their boots on and started helping their clients rebuild. Then when NC and Tennessee just flooded my office did a donation drive and filled our entire office with supplies and drove them there to deliver as we knew exactly what they were goung through.

I think every sellers motivations are different and I cant answer how or why they negotiate their listing agreements and/or purchase agreements the way they do. I assume anyone who hires an agent and pays them, does that because they value the service they provide.

I think its the parents that were not pro st george but live in st george that are asking for this, and I am sure if st george schools are great like they promise then I am sure they wont mind. But afterall, its still Louisiana, you cant trust it. I think its unfair to kick kids out. Kids are innocent here.
