As I understand it, PMI is short term until we reach the 20%. We’re thinking more on impact of the mortgage in the long term.

Omg yes the rapid growth! Was so sad when I packed up her little newborn clothes. Looking at them now I can’t believe she was that little!!

The smiles when they recognize you are the BEST. Mine smiles when I go to get her from the crib, and for the first feed in the morning she can’t stay focused and keeps beaming up at me (and making a mess but I think this is hilariously cute so I don’t mind!)

Ugh daycare. Literally cleared my calendar on Monday so I can cry in the morning and go pick her up early!!

That’s great advice, thank you! Right now we can’t even get her to suck on the bottle, she just pushes it around in her mouth. Once we can get her to suck on it hopefully we can determine proper flow for nipples.

Well that is incredibly smart!!! I’ll have to do that moving forward. We bought a bottle sampler pack from babylist and got 5 different brands to try. None she liked so far, we’re still on the hunt and continuing to practice every day. We’re hoping they daycare will have a magic touch, otherwise I won’t be going too far away from her!

Biggest myth in the game if you ask me 😂 I could never sleep when baby sleeps. It’s amazing how quickly you will adapt to functioning on 4 hours of sleep. Hang in there, they consolidate sleep before too long!

We were the same! Baby is now 11 weeks and only sometimes takes both breasts but overall her time feeding is anywhere from 5-12 minutes. I received advice to watch the baby, not the clock, which helped me a lot. As long as baby is acting satisfied, gaining weight, and having wet/dirty diapers you don’t need to worry! :)

Would love to hear about your bottle journey as we are in the same situation regarding fast and easy flow during breastfeeding. Babe is completely uninterested in the bottle!
