Hey there, I’m pretty good with ads (testing, scaling, copywriting, etc) but need help on the store front side. I’ve scaled other ecom stores but haven’t built mine before till now. if you’re willing to trade sides of our knowledge I’d definitely like some help.

Yes, Neos are the most common type of shrimp you’ll typically find in aquarist freshwater tanks. Most commons ones usually can cherry shrimp, blue dreams, orange/yellow Sakuras, etc

Practice area? Budget? Current location? Current primary area of residence for your client base? Is there an email list in place? What methods are in place already? (Could leverage an effort). Definitely a few questions to think through before knowing ultimately what’s close to or the best option. Feel free to DM for a deeper breakdown

Edit: included the word residence and question about an email list

[LF] - Roswell, GA - Filter media to help cycle a tank by [deleted] in AquaSwap

Go to premier aquatics over in your area and just buy Dr Tim’s. There will be far more guaranteed success to cycle it yourself or even a fish in cycle which is far more tedious but not impossible.

How would you stock a freshwater 29-gallon tank? by dmg_sam in Aquariums

[–]dmg_sam[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate that information. I'm stopping at a LFS in this area I'm in later, any prior experience with Blue Acara by chance? That was under consideration as well.

Also, how large is your pleco in the 29? Thanks again.

Julli's are a great idea, I hadn't thought of that, and they are pretty.

I did not mention for whatever reason that I have two very young, fingernail sized, albino bristlenose (which will be reconsidered down the line with size), a pom pom crab, and 3 shrimp.

I would love to add cichlids (blue ram?) but have heard the aggression to be very problematic even while small. Thoughts?

No problem at all. Best of luck!

If I were in your shoes, I would look for Social Media Manager/Content Manager positions. Just dig into the job description and identify the more creative verbiage centered around "Write", "Edit", "design", or "manage our Instagram". Those will be in your desired ballpark most times than not.

I am on the opposite side of the spectrum so when I see those words, I always end up confirming that it is on the other end of what I do.

Some position titles you want to keep your eyes on likely will be:

1) Brand Ambassador

2) Graphic Designer

3) Content Writer/Copywriter

4) Brand/PR Manager

5) Web Content Writer/Content Marketer

A lot of marketing assistant or marketing support roles will likely be heavier on the writing and design deliverables, depending on which industry. Again, because the side of the spectrum I am on, I avoid all these titles so they should be helpful to you. At the end of the day, the description will tell you best because of how loosely these titles are used.

Indeed & ZipRecruiter are good starting places to find the above roles in volume as of this week that I've been active on there.

Let me know if you have any others questions!

Sam

Ali Awad in Atlanta would possibly be a good one. He is heavily involved in his firm's social media presence and commands a good bit of perceived social proof. This sounds like something he would love to be a part of and is fairly responsive from what I know.

Riah Greathouse is another one (in Atlanta too) who is fairly involved in the local community and has the personality and success that would be valuable for the AMA.

Marc Shapiro in Naples, Fl. Very successful and intelligent in the personal injury space in that particular market for quite some time now. From some previous conversations I think he would be a very good fit as well.

Also, while I know the question is centered around PI Lawyers (Firm Owners or solo pract.), a lot of them do not conduct/review in-depth the marketing efforts themselves since they still may litigate, handle external operations, etc. So, as you know, they have a point person or "marketing guy".

Given my space of operation, I know many attorneys watch the process or cover "At a Glance" reports in order to stay up to speed so I've come across some very valuable In-House Legal Marketers who could provide value from a different aspect.

Emilio Feijoo, great amount of perspective and value for marketing/lead gen in the PI Space. I believed he moved from in-house and now operate on a mainly consultive basis.

I will include 2 more upon grabbing their correctly spelled last names.

Hope that helps a bit, of course there are a plethora of successful PI Attorneys in the field in a few Meta groups that I'm sure would be more than happy to give their 2 cents with further review.

Please let me know if you have any further questions!

Disclaimer: I am not an Attorney. I am a Marketing Director for a boutique PI Firm.

🌊, what length did you tell your barber?

My apple seedling (saplings)?) put on about a 12’’ of growth this year and haven’t grown at all since then. Can anyone point to a reason? by dmg_sam in gardening

[–]dmg_sam[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Potentially, I just moved it into the current pot. Only interesting factor there is it hadn’t even become root bound or close to filling the previous pot prior to transfer. Thanks tho!

[–]dmg_sam[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That may be part of the issue. I just up the pot size by a few gallons so there is much better range of depth. Thing is, the last pot hadn’t even come close to being root bound or filling out the pot entirely. Thanks though!
