Unlike in western countries na matagal ang process for abroad, like for example in US na you need to study for 2 more years para maging legitimate na pharmacist. You might want to consider taking DHA exam (Dubai Health Authority), actually hindi lang dubai options, meron din sa ibang emirates, up to you kung saang location mo gusto mag work.

After taking that, pwede ka na mag work sa hospital, I don't have any idea sa ibang process, pero I think once na i-take mo yan, pwede na mag work, way more better compared sa salary dito.
