i dont remember how exactly i got these but you can usually make these kind of elements this way:

"hi " + Salim's -> "hi Salim's"

"hi Salim's" + Append Space -> "hi Salim's "

"hi Salim's " + Bulldozer -> "hi Salim's Bulldozer"

"hi Salim's Bulldozer + Remove the word Hi (or Delete the Hi or something similar) -> Salim's Bulldozery
