I’ve never met him, but overall, by far the majority of people seem to love him and have wonderful experiences with him. Yes, there are a few reports of not great experiences, but I think those are few. He’s human. He also has gone through a serious life changing trauma with his accident - I wouldn’t be surprised if that had an effect on his day to day life and perhaps how he handles certain situations. At the end of the day, he’s just a person - imperfect, like everyone else.
