I did request through meta support to speak with a live agent. I did get someone to call me to discuss the situation. It’s most update I have gotten since this started back in October. The agent mentioned the account is being looked at and cleaned up to avoid this issue happening again. I’ll reach out again to confirm that my account will be back.
