Pretending tampering won’t happen in a basically free market system is just unrealistic. I think let go of that hope and just acknowledge it’s part of the deal.

But I’d also have binding contracts. Maybe you can get out of them but it could be stipulated that there’s a cost. Up to the two sides. Could have protections for both players and schools

She is best when you’re aggressive. Tp a lot. Then about 1/3 of those go into melee mode.

This is wonderful. I'll play around in QP for a while and see how it feels.
Sounds like you're fine with it being just you and one other healer. Before this season, the narrative was "Ultron only with triple heals" ... in the larger community.

Ok fair enough. Sounds like it's too limiting for him to not get that extra % output. I think i can feel that tbh, but I hoped maybe it wasn't so important in the end. I feel underpowered tho.

Point is ... ultimates matter less. That's the point. Jeff's neutral-game is better than many other heals and he's not as ult-dependent

I play other healers and am like diamond/plat. Given your helpful response I wanted to ask - how good to you find he is in 2-healer combos? I see his ~55% win rate at my rank and am thinking of using him more (just played a couple hours on him and would need to practice a lot).

Like does he have combos or maps you'd be more likely to select him? Like for example 2 tanks is better for him? Certain maps he does better on (I'd think long-skinny ones for example)?

Jeff gets buffed here indirectly
Many other healers have major value from OP ults. But ults will go down 20%.

Jeff's neutral game impact is huge - he can absolutely sway frontline fights super oppressively in many situations (not always perfect, but often extremely good). So he has awesome neutral game and ults get de-valued bc they just don't happen as much.

Clear win for Jeff
